I have an ancestor that migrated from Wales to philadelphia.

Question

John Waller. He was born about 1720 in Wales. I did find he had personal property tax 1783 and lifetime land lease 1786. He had several children. They are sarah keen (married name), John and jesse. John reportly went to sullivan county, tennessee with sarah. Please could you find out the missing links
