G2G: I choose add on my gedcompare and added my father but I can't add it to my family tree

Why can't I use the profile to add to my tree?

I don't know what your specific problem is. Continue to add all the people in the gedcom and then when you are finished go over the list again (you can click on the ID on the line) and check that all the relationships are there. It does a fair job making the connections except for a few conditions like multiple marriages and people you matched with that are already in the tree. I always find a few that got missed.

I believe if you sign the Honor Code and become a full member, you will be able to add to your tree. Go to the Help drop down menu and click on Honor Code, then follow the instructions.
