Meier-2913, and Bösch-1862 the only Marriage documentation I can find is for a marriage in a German and Polish Synagogue in 1883... I cannot read the 1891 Census Religion, 1901 & 1911 say Lutheran, & 1921 Church of England... Is this even possible?

I think something is not right with that marriage source. It seems they married in an Evangelical Lutheran church.

And I think the 1891 census entry says (rightly or wrongly) d'Angleterre, i.e. Church of England.

Wow, this is unusual! It seems to me that Anna must have been Jewish, and Christian married her in a Jewish ceremony -- exceptional for that time period.

The odds of Jewish parents naming a child Christian must be negligible. By the way, his religion in that French document seems to be "L'angleterre" -- England. Church of England? It would match up with the later record.
