Is anyone interested in the Pinney family ?

I have been compiling information on anyone with the Pinney surname in America for 40 years.  I have an abundance of information that I would like to put on wikitree but it's time consuming.  The majority of information are descendants of Humphrey Pinney (Pinney-16) but while compiling all the information I have found many lines that are not his descendants. An example of the information I have can be seen on Levi Pinney's profile (Pinney-381).  I could simply out the outlines in a .pdf file and upload it, but I think it would better serve the tree to have all the individuals put in their own profiles.  Thought ???

I have done a similar thing with D'Arcy.  Still can not break that brick wall or is it reinforced steel wall!

I wonder how many others at WikiTree have this quandry and if there could be a holding tank as it were for eager WikiTree members to create profiles from?

Me, I enjoy the history I find with genealogy research and am retired, so I have time to add profiles.  I have about two databases with about 3000 individuals in each.  My goal is add those that lived before 1920 into WikiTree, whilst competing in contests, sourcing and doctoring.   Not all will have this passion or time luxury.

I have a Mary Lake Pinney (1838 - 1916) married Charles Baxter Wilcoxen (1840 - 1915) one of their children was Bertha Eveline (Wilcoxen) Simpier (1880 - 1959)

Hi Steven,

I'm working on a line of Pinney's I've begun making an excel data base for various family lines if you're interested. It's a digital corkboard of sorts. My Line is rumoured to come through Peter Pinney and Olive Abbott, but I don't think that's correct. Let me know if you want to collab! I'm going to send off my DNA test next week (I hope!).

Steve,  Randal Pinney here Pinney-364, I have done a fair amount of work on my tree, Humphrey Pinney 1605-1683 is my 7th great-grandfather.   Most of my info is in Ancestry.com.  I have not brought that research over to WikiTree.  As you said using WikiTree is time consuming.  I would be interested in seeing your Pinney Tree info.
