My name is wrong on my profile page How do I correct it please?

My christian name is missing and my surname is duplicated

My profile name is Birmingham Birmingham instead of Janette Birmingham

O your profile, click the edit button 

Then scroll down to where you wee on the left "Proper First Name:" and "Preferred Name:"

Type your name in there, and it should show up properly.

Your profile is locked, so we cannot see the problem.

At a guess, you put the wrong name into the wrong field.  Go to the Edit tab and put Janette into the first field.
