Any Wind families in USA with origins in Durham England?

Hi Folks, I am researching the Winn/Wind families of Durham County, England. In order to trace my own family I found many names changes and variations from the later Winn or Wind. As many were named after fathers, grandfathers, the names are often very similar, if not the same, making for difficulty in being certain of a family unit.

I have found a number of Wind and Windd families, not necessarily connected to me. I have several lineages that appear to converge but no luck yet. However, I have never seen (yet) a Wind leavijng to the USA, at least in the 1700s. I am interested if anyone has a sourced Wind/Winn connection to Durham County, England, before, during or even after the 1700s.
I am currenty waiting on some yDNA and Autosomal results that may help nail down some of the possibilities.
Thanks for stopping by.

Well, no takers as yet, it was a long shot.
But a little digging turned up something I was totally unaware of,  "Emigrants in Bondage" to the US. And, there are 4 Wind/Wynds that were transported as prisoners in the 1700s. They do not appear to come from Durham, but still fascinating. One, Mary Wind was transported in 1752 for stealing 3 pewter mugs from a pub in London. No mention of age.

There are a large number of Winds from Germany and Netherlands that left to the US, Australia and NewZealand in the 17 and 1800s. Interestingly, there were also Dutch going to Englnd/Newcastle in the 1600s. All this apart from the supposed Lancashire origin of NE England Winds.
