Orlando's wife appears on his notables sticker. The one for his son works just fine.
Can it be to do with the first Orlando having two wives?

Best answer
No, it's a known bug. Make a tiny edit on the profile (like adding a space or a full stop) and save, or wait a while and it will right itself. Happens sporadically.
