I just uploaded a small gedcom (<200 individuals).  How do I generate a list of potential merges?

Thank you to Kia for answering, but it's FindMatches you're looking for. The Merging form is for after you've found the match.

Click on the "Find" link in the menu and then select Find Matches.

Because the software simply includes people with similar names but ignores the fact that they may have been born in different places, even continents, and/or to different parents.

I am having the same problem and getting no-where with an answer.

It is a major deterrent to submitting data.
