Confusion enters because in the 1920 Census his birthplace is reported as Minnesota whereas in the 1910 Census it is reported as Wisconsin. The World War I draft registration record gives the birthplace as "Winnabeggo, Wis."
Oscar has Find A Grave memorial # 23248562. Clara, his wife, is buried in the same cemetery, memorial # 23248519. Both are buried in Prairie City Cemetery, Baldwin City, Douglas, County, Kansas. Unfortunately Find A Grave has Clara linked to a different Oscar, memorial #43764241. The different Oscar has different dates (1876-1934) and is buried in Minnesota, not Kansas.
