DNA for three, or more!

This is my first post so if I'm doing something upside down ....

An internet grabbed my interest that is food for thought on future analysis.... what if you have dna from multiple sources as in three or more, because it's here and growing.... as published from numerous sources.

The third parent's genetic contribution is less than 1% of the child's genome, this will hardly effect genealogy.
