G2G: Sourcerers: Need advice on updating a 2011 profile

Question

Sourcers: I've added sources to the profile and updated. However, it was created in 2011 from an Ancestry widget and has loads and loads of unsourced, extraneous info (that I've sourced). I see there is a Error 944 Missing SPAN Anchors.

I know how to correct this error - remove dead links from the Ancestry upload.

QUESTION: Should I remove all of the extraneous data or leave it alone?

This question applies to all members of the Reith family.

There are older G2G posts on this topic, the consensus seemed to be that unsourced facts should be kept, but in a research note, or otherwise identified as requiring sources or research. Your note serves the same purpose.

 A contributor had those facts, and had a reason for putting them there, and they are a guide to looking for sources.

 If a new source shows that the fact is wrong, then changes are required.
