G2G: Is Una really the mother of Una Mårtensdotter?

I adopted the profile of https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Unknown-643756 some time back, and today I came around to taking a closer look at it.

It is assumed in the tree and in the work Una Hans-släkten från Trelleborg 300 år by Nils Ottosson that Una is the mother of Una Mårtensdotter (1654-1724). But in Una the elder’s death record, she is referred to as “Una Nils Mårtens”. (There is a link to the original source on the profile.)

Doesn’t ‘Nils Mårtens’ mean that she was married to a man named Nils Mårtensson? I have always assumed that’s how it works, at least

Una Mårtensdotter was the daughter of Mårten Nilsson, and not of someone called ‘Nils Mårtensson’.

Any advise for me?

I would agree that "Una Nils Mårtens" indicates that she was the wife of Nils Mårtensson, not of Mårten Nilsson.

But according to my experience it did happen that a vicar had a brain slip now and then, and reversed given name and patronymic for someone. Without more records it's hard to know. Perhaps the original research also looked at land records? Skåne is not my field, so I wouldn't know. Have you tried getting an answer from Skånes Geneologiska Förbund?
