The first and best way would be to enter your Family Tree information as far as you are able, so that when you discuss this with someone, they can review your progress and make the best recommendations on how they can assist.
I am assuming you want to connect with someone who is researching the Pascoe family. That could be any number of researchers as I'm certain there are more than one genealogist who has worked on them. What you would want to do would be to go to one or more of the profiles you would like further information about, and look for the spot where the Profile Manager is listed. For example, I chose the first Pascoe out of the list that was generated:
https://www.wikitree.com/genealogy/Pascoe
And the first profile was this one:
https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Pascoe-2521
And the Profile Manager happened to be this person:
https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Grieger-29
You might try sending her your question, and see if she has any recommendations. However, she is one of many who had over the years updated and edited the 2,356 Pascoe profiles we have on WikiTree.
I did take a look, and there does not appear to be a current One Name Study project for the name of Pascoe, so just to rule that out, that would not be a current avenue of research.
