Who are the parents of Isaac Adams are and where born?

I am looking for Isaac Adams - born about 1864 in Tennessee. There is a gravestone of him, but it is not verified on the dates. It shows that he was born on April 3, 1880, and died on July 6, 1923, but the death certificate shows that he died on July 6, 1925, and was 61 years old. His son Homer Lee Adams(my grandfather) He was born in Waverly, Humphries County, Tennessee. In Waverly, I think that in research, maybe the records were in fires, so I can not verify my grandfather Homer that he was born there. My mom assumes that he was born there. I have a lot of questions for Isaac. Who are his parents? If he had siblings?

I looked at the image of the death cert., the year is 1925 in two places, hand written.  That seems to be accurate.  The gravestone definitely says 1923, I wonder when the gravestone was set.  Might be a typo (of whatever that sort of error is called) or if a while after the death someone did not recall correctly.

I hope others will take a look and render an opinion.

I have Isaac and his wife Retta Stringfield(my great-grandmother) and Retta's brother Luther Stringfield living in Trigg County, Kentucky in the 1910 united states census. Isaac was 38 years old and Retta is 20 years old.

I now realize that this was his son. He is in the same cemetery as his father
