RSS feed for one single topic?

Question

Is there any chance to receive an RSS feed with the replies to a single G2G topic? That would for example allow to get notified of people registering for events or projects in Discord etc.

You can get an RSS feed for a tag. Maybe if you use a unique tag on the post you want to follow and follow the RSS feed for that tag, it might be close to what you want?
