How is Elder William Brewster related to Joseph Rogers?

I know I am descended from Thomas and Joseph Rogers Mayflower passengers. Connection finder suggests that I share lineage with Elder Brewster. Is there any way of knowing who other living relatives share my lineage?

By "share lineage" do you mean the Brewsters are ancestors, or WikiTree shows a "connection," which can include siblings and marriages; for example you have an ancestor who had a sibling who had a descendent who was married to a descendent of someone. WikiTree can tell you exactly what the connection is.

As for finding living descendants, profiles for living people are private by default, so it might be hard to get any kind of complete list.
