Has anyone run into the surname Kelmer in the Torun area?

I am trying to find any documentation on my Gx2 Grandfather Andrew Kelmer or his son Emil Marx Kelmer. Andrew was born Jan 3 1964-1972 in Thorn, West Prussia. Supposedly Emil was born there as well Oct 25,1891. Andrew's wife's name was Ottilia with the surname Daves or Tews, open to spelling variations. Andrew immigrated to the US in 1891 and Ottilia and Emil in 1892. I can find ZERO on them prior to their immigration from Hamburg to the US. From on piece of Andrew's paperwork, Breisen is listed as his town of origin which I am taking to be Brezeno. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I did not find Breisen in Meyers Gazetteer, but Wikipedia has the following:
