I cannot read the last two columns filled in on the last entry in the record.

https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QG8N-38F9 I don't know what the word is in the column for witnesses of the baptism or the last few words written in the final column. The baby is Emma Magdalene Meilstrup, the last entry on the page.

I cannot read everything, but here is what I got:

The first word is: Lovældrene (lawful parents)

The words I can read in the final column are:

First line: Moderen 34 Aar (the mother 34 years)

Third and fourth line: Anmeldt mundtlig af faderen (notified orally by the father)

I cannot quite make sense of the second line, it kinda looks like: Jorden: Med. Ber[...] (the earth: ? ?)

I hope this helps and someone else can read the second line.

The vitnesses are: Forældrene (the parents)

The last column is correctly translated:
Moderen 34 Aar
Jordm. Mad. Berg
Andmeldt mundtlig af faderen.
