I am adopted and started adding my adoptive family information. I want to upload my dna but, obviously, it won’t match with my tree. Not sure how to keep the two separate.

As you are adopted, you are allowed to have two profiles.  One for the family you grew up with, and one for your biological family (which then works for DNA).

This question from 2014 has an answer by Eowyn showing her two profiles.

Thank you very much!
