G2G: Comments on August Schlitzkus

I believe I can document that this profile needs to be corrected.  I have contacted the profile manager and nothing has happened.  There are two first cousins (named August Schlitzkus born to brothers William and Julius) who were born about three years apart.  Their families arrived in New York on the same ship bound for Brenham, Washington County, Texas.  The sources and information are a combination of the two people.  To make matters worse "August" was a common name among German immigrants and there are others who have the same or similar names.

I have contacted the profile manager and done the research on the two people to at least get them straightened out.  I can add parents for the other August as well as correct marriages (with sources) and death dates.

Question:  Should I just go ahead and make the edits or just leave it wrong?

Did you miss the comment the next day giving information and source location on his father's (William) profile? I had added them there.

The naturalization document for Schlitzkus-9 gives the names and birthdates / birthplaces of his children at the time.

The passenger list shows the families of William and Julius both traveling to Texas and both have a son August.

That was twenty days ago with no changes, replies or questions.
