Same family or two different ones?

I need new eyes on a situation.

I have a census record for 1850 and one for 1860, with some matching info but others, not so much.

The 1850 census:

and the 1860 census:

https://familysearch.org/ark/61903/1:1:MXPV-QWW

A few of the names and birth dates are the similar between the two census records.  Am I seeing what I want to see (the same family) or are these two familes actually the same?  Can anyone provide me with more info?

Note:  Do not refer to the WikiTree Profiles, I jumped before I verified, second guessed myself, and am trying to verify my assumption so I can clean up any messes I've made.

The 1850 & 1860 census look like the same family to me. The 1870 census has his name spelled John Fil, but it also looks like the same family.
