Place names in the language of the place for the date

When entering a person birth place there is the option to select a language other than English. That selection carries forward to marriage and death places.

When a person is born in Germany but moves to the United States, the death place from the drop down selection table will be in German.

Yes, it is easy to correct that to English. I am seeing this come up as a error in the weekly data doctor's suggestion table in the locations section.

The language selection ability could also be added to the marriage and death place entry in the fashion that it is already is for births.

It's not too hard to change the language in the Language box when you want the list to show in a particular language.  Thus, you could select German, then enter the birth place, then change the language selection to English, and then enter the death place.

What is hard is that it's not intuitive that you can do this, so many members might not know that they can.  It would be good if there were instructions somewhere - either on the page where the language selection is displayed or on a help page - that let people know they can do this.
