I saw reference to name and can not relocate it. May apply to son Henry of Henry Filmer Green.

I believe this Henry Green is associated with my Gardner Green. Perhaps related to the Sanders family.

What is this list?  The Bushyhead family - #227 on the Drennan Roll in Going Snake district -  does not include a Henry Green, it clearly reads Henry Drew.

I looked at the images of the Drennan Roll, not a transcript.  The Bushyhead listing, #227 does not include Henry Green.  I’m not sure what the 6587 refers to, but this is incorrectly transcribed.  If that’s something from Don Greene, it’s complete garbage.

I don't see the Drennan Rolls on Ancestry, and I have an account. I got the Henry Green record from Access Genealogy. https://accessgenealogy.com/native/drennen-rolls.htm

BTW my Green's are not related to Don Greene.

Go to the card catalog, put in  Cherokee as the key word, then select censuses and rolls.  Over on the right there’s a browse menu and you can select the Drennan.  Or you can do a general search of the censuses on name, and then look at the individual records that come up, but you can’t limit a name search just to the Drennan.

It was clearly mis-transcribed on Access genealogy.  I can understand that would cause confusion, but that's why it's always preferable to look at the original records whenever possible.

A late but sincere thanks to Frank and Doug for finding the book which mentions him. I am reluctant to rely on it, not just because of the red flag offered but also because the relationships mentioned do not seem to fit with what is on wiki tree.
