G2G: Deceased Wikitree member volunteer [closed]

I would like to know if there is a protocol for reporting a deceased "Honor Code signatory"?  I found a clear match death notice from 2021.  I am happy to just walk away, especially  if it's all too soon to interrupt the profile.
