I think you are looking for the Polly Daugherty who is on the 1851 Drennan Roll with parents Isaac and Susannah and sister Nancy,, Flint District #312. She died between 1882 and 1890. None of her siblings or children provided much information about her in their various applications.
An Eastern Cherokee application (#12233) was filed for Polly's mother, Susan Scott, who died in 1906. That application contains a copy of Susan's will which names her living children. Digitized at Fold3 at https://www.fold3.com/image/228306345
Polly's sister, Nancy Sixkiller filed Eastern Application #786. Nancy said that her father and Polly's was actually Sam Lasley, and that Isaac Daugherty was their step-father. Sam Lasley apparently went to California in the Gold Rush. Nancy's Eastern Application listed a number of ancestors, most of whom had only Cherokee names. Son John Smith said on his Dawes application that he didn't know his father's name, that his father had died in the Civil War around the time he (John) was born. In his Eastern Application he listed only what appears to be a Cherokee name for him, but also said that he was not a Cherokee citizen. John said that his mother died about 1890.
