How can i find Bavarian records online?

i'm trying to find the sources of the info listed in this image(https://www.wikitree.com/photo/jpg/Elbert-74)  in order to reduce the amount of unsourced wikipages on this website

Aschaffenburg I would expect to be Lutheran since it's Franconia. Hence the books might be on Archion

Christine Hühn says that I was wrong and that Aschaffenburg was mainly Catholic. The books are at Diözesanarchiv Würzburg and not online.

There is some genealogy society that apparently transcribed/processed a lot of those church books from Aschaffenburg. At https://www.geschichtsverein-aschaffenburg.de/familienforschung/#81fb6c023f66b7a2b they also state a contact email address.

That sucks, i was hoping for easier to cite sources. on top of that it looks like the website owners only speak german.
For such a big archive I'm confident that they would also speak English. If you don't receive a reply, I could also write or call them
