G2G: Should this profile be managed by the project?

Question

While this profile indicates it is a part of the Czech Project, the project does not seem to manage it.   There is an outstanding merge request that the project may want to take a look at.

Doesn't appear to be any Czech association on this profile or related profiles.

When I created the template years ago it was only to indicate certain profiles had Czech roots.  It was created before project management came into play. There is a Czech sticker now I believe.
