I need help interpreting a Finnish LNAB

I have been sourcing Finnish profiles without adequate sources. The LNAB of one of them was  Suoranta Ent Koponen.  I do not know what was intended and would like to suggest a different LNAB if appropriate.

WikiTree profile: Kustaa Petrinpoika

Ent is short for entinen, previous. So Koponen is his previous family name, but if it is his LNAB, not sure, that can only be solved through his birth record. He could also be one those Finns with only a patronymic name, and someone has added to him house names as family names; it happens.

It does look like he is from an area that uses the custom of farm names.

My home region is like that, and I tend to put LNAB as the name that was used the most as a child (if they moved around; otherwise it's just simple) and then the latest name is the surname I give them, unless they moved in the last year of their life and the death record and estate inventory still calls them by their old name.

I think Keuruu belongs to the Western tradition in names so I would drop both current LNAB's and use what is recorded ie. Petrinpoika (the likely actual Finnish name) or Pährsson (the Swedish translation in the record).
