Are there records for the German Evangelical Trinity Church

I've finally found the marriage record for Louise Kleinknecht and Joseph Wager (it was just recently digitzed) and their reverend was Paulus Heid.  He was reverend of the Peoria German Evangelical Lutheran Trinity Church at that time.  The church doesn't seem to exist anymore and I haven't so far been able to find much about it.  I know its origin and who the reverends were, but no records.  If the records still exist I don't think they're digitized.  Does anyone have thoughts or know anything about the church?  Thanks.

Perhaps there is a section of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America that may have this information. Their website is https://www.elca.org/

If you have a subscription to Ancestry, you might be able to find what you need here;

U.S., Evangelical Lutheran Church in America Church Records, 1781-1969

https://www.ancestry.com/search/collections/60722/

Several of my ancestors and relations married in an Evangelical Lutheran Church that was purchased and is now a Church of Christ. On their website, they have a nice write-up about the old church. If you know the church building's old address you might be able to find its trail.

Thanks so much for this....I've been looking and didn't have the name right to find it!
