G2G: How to update log in information?

Question

I've been inactive for a long time so (1) WT's software has dropped my password, and (2) my email has changed.  How do I accomplish this?

Contact info at wikitree dot com (substitute correct symbols). Explain that you are a previous member and furnish your old email address as well as your new one and your password. They will help you get your account active. If you don't remember some of this information, include what you do remember.

I tried logging into WikiTree and finding somewhere to address this question, but was unable.  Can you help with a link or something else that can get me to a "live person"?

They lost my email address today and would not let me sign in! I tried to register a new account (with the same email address) and they finally found my email address and let me in. Try signing in at your registered email address first. Then have them send you a password reminder or new password. Once you get in, then explore how to change your email address with them. Good luck!

I don't know my original email address, as I've been force to change "carriers" a few times.  But this information seems to be saved in the software because it lets me access profiles I created.  (Sorry if I used incorrect terms.  Hope it still makes sense to you.)

Carol, when you send an email to info at wikitree dot com, and just explain your problem, you will be answered by a live person and you will be helped to resolve your problem. That is the email address for the admin team and they are the only ones who can help you get your account straightened out.

I sent an email to the admin today about my issue. No response today, was able to fix it, luckily. Info says that the address is not for customer service, though. We shall see...I saw where others had had similar sign in issues a few months back....
