Question

I would like help to find some important records for this profile.  I also wonder if he should have a "notable" sticker.  I'm particularly interested in his; Will, military record ( I believe he was in the navy) and knighthood.

The Will of Montague Arnet Robinson is available to buy via https://probatesearch.service.gov.uk/#wills.

The supplement to the London Gazette dated 1st January 1963 page 2 records the 'Honour of Knighthood' conferred on Montague Arnet Robinson, Esq., Chairman, Mersey Docks and Harbour Board.

I have only found a WWI medal card - Lieut. in 1st and 6th King's Royal Rifle Corps.

Re: the Will - did you use the Gov.uk website?  Having completed the form with name; date of probate; date of death and the name of Registry, you will then need to create an account to the website (this is on the black banner at the top of the page, as is the basket).  I think the charge is still £1.50.
