can somebody help to create a category for above place in todays Slovakia, also called Unterturz, Unter-Turczek, Dolný Turček?

Done. I also updated the locations to the contemporary style. The region (also known as the "Hauerland") is a bit special since it was populated mostly by "German" people. So even if it belonged to Hungary at the time, the inhabitants spoke a rare medieval German dialect, and had their own culture.
