Today I was unable to add a child to her mother who has an OPEN profile

Question

Today I attempted to connect Abbott-2103 to her mother Jane Jackman.  I received the Wiki-Tree error that I could not do this because I am not on the trusted list.  I have signed the Signatory, and so I can't imagine what caused that error message.   Jane's page manager added her for me, but I should have been able to do it myself.  Is there a bug around this option?  Please advise.

That is quite strange. The only thing I can think of is maybe there was a typo in the WikiTree ID?

I'll keep an eye out for similar reports.

Sorry, I can't explain that one. It does seem as if you should have been able to add Betsey to her mother. They are both open profiles. Strange. Has that issue cropped up for you before or since?

No, I never had this problem before, and have not tested it since.
