What's the problem you're trying to solve? Maybe there's a different way to do that.

Several people from my Ancestry Tree are not on my watchlist. Either there was an error in downloading or more probable, I screwed up when I reviewed the list. At any rate in building my tree in Wikitree I have to manually enter the people and their info. Thanks for your help. While I have worked with Ancestry.com for some time, I'm new to Wikitree and haven't quite got the hang of it.

Lianne or Chris, isn't there some way to batch/bulk attach him to a line of profiles?

Thanks for your interest, I have finished manually updating my tree,except for my maternal grandfather side. These ancestors are in a tree managed by another member who has not granted me access. I do not want to duplicate the people that are already in Wikitree.

Is the member simply not responding? It's possible they are no longer active. If so, see Unresponsive Profile Managers.

No, you can't upload a GEDCOM if it has the same people in it that you've already uploaded. See this help page: http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/GEDCOM_FAQ#Can_you_update_profiles_with_new_GEDCOM_imports.3F
