I'm able to decipher names, but need the dates, ages, and any other genealogically relevant data. The child is Chana Motulski; the mother is Leia Moszowna Chackielowna Motulski. I believe the record is saying she is widowed; the patronymics are actually her husband's name (her own patronymic was Szepszelowna). The witness is Wolf Berlinski (I think "handlarz" - trader/huckster?), who would have been her brother-in-law.
I don't see a way to attach or incorporate images, but I can send them directly. Also, the record, #101, appears on the Polish State Archive site: https://www.szukajwarchiwach.gov.pl/en/jednostka/-/jednostka/14210884 ; you then have to navigate to image 31 of 169. #101 starts on the bottom left and carries over to the top right.
