I have entered my Ancestry DNA.  Now how can i enter my spouse's DNA from my Ancestry account with the same Ancestry Username?

I would put the way you have your wife's kit named on DNA in the 'ancestry account' field on Wikitree.  If people want to look for a match with you on their ancestry DNA, they need what her name is shown as.  For example, my mom is Ruth Anne McInaney, her kit is R.A.M., and my ancestry username is darathey.  But if I show darathey as the username here on Wikitree, no one will locate her.

Hi Curt, Welcome to WikiTree! To enter the information about your spouse's DNA test at Ancestry, you first have to create a WikiTree profile for your spouse: On your WikiTree profile click on the hotlink 'spouse?' and create a profile for her. Then on her profile, from the drop-down list under her WikiTree ID at the top right of her page, select 'DNA'. On that page click on the 'DNA Tests' button to go to the place to enter her DNA test information.
