Is there a known birth record fpr Henrietta Simons Jeffries ?

Question

H Jeffries is my 3rd great-grandmother.  I'm looking for her birth record (with no luck).  I believe she was born in Westerport, Allegheny County, Maryland.  Her parents may be Charles and Elizabeth Jeffries. She married Amos Neptune who was from Westerport, Allegheny County, Maryland.
