Who is Joseph Ruggles (R) Wilson's father

i have information on some of Joseph Ruggles (R<) family, who is related down the genalogy line on my mother's side of her family; most of this info is correct but i do not have any information on his father, James Wilson.

Ancestral File submission has his father as James Wilson b. 20 Feb 1787 at Straband, Down, Ireland, who died 17 Oct 1850 at Steubenville, Jefferson Co., OH. James had married Mary Anne Adams of Antrim or Down, Ireland. She d. 5 Sep 1863.
