Looking for info re Sarah D. Johnston/Johnson who married Richard Shackelford in Spotslyvania Co., Va in 1808

Ancestral File has Sarah Dabney Johnston b. 29 Jun 1776, Spotsylvania, VA , died 1813. Her father is shown as Henry Goodloe Johnston b. 12 Apr 1727 Exxex, VA, he died 23 May 1802 at Spotsylvania, VA. His wife was Agnes Carr Waller b. Spotsylvania, VA 20 Jul 1736 died Mar 1831 Albemarle, VA.

Henry G. Johnston's parents were William Buford Johnston b. 1699 d 4 Jun 1728 and Mary Loodloe b. 1699, d. 21 Feb1732. Agnes C. Waller's parents were John Waller b. about 1701 died 6 Feb 1776. John Waller's wife was Agnes Mary Carr b. 30 Jan 1712, died 29 May 1777.

A Sarah D. Johnson married  a Richard Shackelford in Spotsylvania County in 1808, moved to Fluvanna County.  Oldest son's name Henry Johnston Shackelford, who moved to Mississippi and second son named Richard Dabney Shackelford, who moved to Amherst County in 1860.  Sarah D. Shackelford on 1850 cencus with son in Fluvanna county...could this be the same person?

It seems most likely to me that Sarah D. Shackleford is the same person as Sarah Dabney Johnston. It's a little puzzling on where Richard Shackelford is at the time of the 1850 US Census.

Not sure that Sarah's maiden name is Johnson or Johnston.

Sarah D. Shackelford was listed on 1850 census of Fluvanna county with her son Richard D. Shackelford.  Richard Shackelford died before 1840; there are deeds exchanged and recorded in Fluvanna county by the brothers to settle estate. Son Henry Johnston Shackelford lived in Mississippi.
