Just Wonder if anyone else has done other family trees, other than your own?

Only started about handful, cause few too many members have passed.. Best to make certain you're some what close to them..  I live in Maine, where have located early Mayflower cousin connections.. Many are buried in my home town.. These are my thoughts if some need some Maine Connections.. Good Luck..

Also have stated my own tree lines, n about 5 interlock each other a few.. Wonder if anyone else have found this type of tree?  I've done search since about 1998 or so.. But deep research about 2008...  Located have Ancestors fro Paris-France, England, Ireland, Canada, soooo many in Mass-n-Maine..

Hi Pamjoy,

Not sure how to answer - where is the line between 'my tree' and someone else's and what is your criteria for 'doing a family tree'?

I am currently working on all the descendants of my patrilineal 6th Great-Grandfather. The spouses of these descendants (except in cases of pedigree collapse) have no known blood relationship to me and in that sense they are part of 'someone else's' family tree.

Like most Wikitree regulars I have worked on individual profiles and/or entire family groups that I have no known relationship to simply because there was a question about them here in G2G. Outside of G2G I have helped do a few generations of a particular branch of my next-door neighbour's family tree that was giving them problems (and added thsoe people to Wikitree in the process)

Hi Pamjoy,

A suggestion: you should go through your watch list and check for duplicates. You have several in the Norreys family alone.

Since WikiTree is a shared global family tree, the goal is to have only ONE profile for each person.

Hi Pamjoy,

First of all, what a beautiful name!  "Pamjoy." it's great.

So happy you are working on your own "watch list," the profiles on WikiTree to whom you are probably related.  That's where I spend much of my time also.  I am reminded to work on the profiles of my "watch list" because I check each one that has a birthday, when I get my WikiTree Family News in my e-mail.

Then, of course, it's such fun to branch out, and research other profiles - even those I am not related to...

So, keep up the good work and enjoy making your contributions!

Happy Easter,
