No marriage sources from GEDCOM import

I imported a GEDCOM created in Ancestry, which has manually created citations for mariages. The data is in the GEDCOM but I don't see it anywhere in the relevant profiles. Is this a known issue? The equivalent baptism citations did make it in.

If it helps Savy-4 had a marriage record in GEDCOM-49464

This is a common problem with GEDCOM imports because all of the different programs store information in a different way.  I recently went the other way and downloaded a GEDCOM from WikiTree and then uploaded it to another program that resides on my Computer and the source information did not transfer cleanly which requires a lot of extra work and cleanup and that is the main reason that I do not recommend using a GEDCOM.  With all of the work to put the profile back into a good sourced format it takes more time than if you just entered the information manually in the first place.

Ditto. I imported two small gedcoms when I first started here, and I will NEVER do that again. I shudder when I see questions asking about importing thousands in a gedcom.
As of right now I have over 1000 profiles on my watchlist that I adopted from a GEDCOM upload in 2010, Years before I joined, and I have been working on them for the last several months cleaning up the GEDCOM mess and trying to just add dates, locations, and sources. At my current rate I might get this batch cleaned up sometime in 2016 and then I could start to try and write a simple Bio for each, if I don't burn out first, and that is just from one family line. I know that a lot of others would disagree with me but I feel that the best thing WikiTree could do is to ban GEDCOM uploads from now on.
I'm going to try and parse my GEDCOM file and see if I can extract the data reliably and then merge that into a template to create bios I can then cut and paste into the profiles; sort of like a mail merge for printing labels. Since this import was created in a consistent manner I shouldn't have to deal with all the GEDCOM possibilities. Has to be more fun than doing it manually ;)
I imported 2 GEDCOM files  400+names most had sources some with numerous sources. All came back with just the reference number to the source no details. Now I have a large job going through them all re-entrying the sources from my family history program (GRAMPS).
