Parish records that were written in Latin and indexed in FamilySearch.org were indexed in Latin, so you will not find a baptism recorded for for the English name but must instead search for the Latin forms of the child's name as well as the parent's names. Not sure why they opted to use the records in that form, but the indexing instructions are very clear about typing exactly what you see, not what you think is should be.
