Which Pio are you looking for, the one at profile Vengco-3 or Vengco-9? When you say "real parents", do you mean that he was adopted and you want to know his birth parents, or that you have conflicting information about them? If you could add a bit more information about Pio, plenty of WikiTree-ers would be happy to help you out.
