The The Historical Society of Pennsylvania has a compete archive of William Penn's documents included deeds, wills, letters etc.

If you know what county it is easier. If it was in Lancaster County, let me know since I work at the Historical Society and will be going to work today. We have the warrant maps for the county with the names, etc. on each parcel. I'll be glad to verify for you. and if you know the Township within the county, even better!
