Am seeking the ancestors of James King, Jr. of Southwick, Ma (purchased farm of David Fowler about 1791). His wife Rebecka, children HIram, Gilbert and possibly Dorothy located in Feeding Hills, Ma. Justin Leonard of Agawam, Ma was named guardian of Hiram and Gilbert in 1810 so presumably James was deceased before 1810. Gilbert married Chloe Griswold and had numerous descendants including me.
Nelson Gilbert King, one of his g-g-g grandchildren has a biography that claims descendancy from William King of Suffield, Ct, but I haven't been able to establish any connection.
