This question appears to relate to http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Ploeg-49

A Catrina Ploeg married a Willem Wittaker in Kingston, New York in 1736: https://archive.org/stream/baptismalmarriag00king#page/570/mode/2up

Another Catrina Ploeg married in 1728, but that's too early for a woman who was baptized in 1715: https://archive.org/stream/baptismalmarriag00king#page/554/mode/2up

The Catrina Ploeg whose profile I linked above was baptized in the Kingston Dutch Church on 9 January 1715.

Regarding Paulus Ploeg, the Kingston records show a man by that name marrying Elisabeth Masten on 30 June 1739:  https://archive.org/stream/baptismalmarriag00king#page/576/mode/2up   He is listed as "j. m." and she is "j. d.", indicating it was a first marriage for both.

Catrina was a granddaughter of the first generation of Ploegs in New Netherland, so it's likely that Paulus (who doesn't have a profile here) was a first cousin of hers.
