I recommend that you export a very small GEDCOM (find someone with only a few descendants) and then import that into a new empty RootsMagic database. Then you can open another database and compare to see them side by side. I brought a few profiles over that way. It could be how sources were cited, all mine ended up as a very long entry for the person notes. So....I'm keeping parallel works (I only have about 2000 in RootsMagic, a few of them are on WikiTree.
I did (accidentally) bring down a fairly large GEDCOM of an ancestor I found on WikiTree, again in a separate database. Very valuable to see what is in the Problem List.
