After you've created the profile, click on the <edit> tab.
On the edit tab, in the right column, there are hyperlinks labeled to add spouse(s).
Click on the link and add the date of the marriage, place in which it took place and the date the marriage ended. (This will assure that the spouses appear on the profile in chronological order.) Then save.
Repeat for each additional spouse.
Children are added in the same manner from the edit page. If the correct mother and correct father is attached, they will appear on the profile of the common parent
parent as children, on the profile of the unique parent and on the profiles of each full and half sibling.

To add to what Michele said: If you then click on the Family Group Sheet option on the drop-down menu for the profile (2nd menu on the upper right), you will get a page that shows the children grouped with the proper parents.
