Does anyone know of Thomas Nathaniel Sands born in 1918 in Youngstown, OH?

Question

He had one son, Walter Douglas Sands in 1947 in California.  Did he have any other children?

Thomas N. Sands born 15 May 1918 in Ohio, died 11 Feb 1976 in Santa Clara, CA.

In 1930, at age 11, he was a lodger at Tolof Olsen's home in Youngstown, OH. A Laverne Sands at age 13 was also a lodger there. Tolof Olsen's wife, Louise and their four children were also living in the same household as well as Roy and Anna Brooks, husband and wife. Nathaniel Sands' parents were born in PA.

At age 21, Thomas Sands is living at the home of his uncle, Bert Olsen and Gertrude Olsen, who must be his aunt. This from 1940 US Census.

I did not find information on a brothr of Walter Douglas, however, there was a birth of Walter Douglas Sans 17 Feb 1949 in San Francisco, CA with an indication that his mother's maiden name as Tallman.

Petrina and Thomas Sands came from Norway to USA and settle for a while in Jefferson, PA. They bore Louise, Ruby, Mary and some sons. Louise was my grandmother on my mother's side. I'm looking for more history on Petrina and Thomas Sands. Eventually, Petrina is a widow and living in Ohio and died in Ohio too. Birth for Petrina is 1862 in Norway. As I recall from my research, Petrina and Thomas came as a couple and were probably already married. They came in their 20s I think.. susanldarnell@gmail.com
