Looking for parents of Thomas Watson who married Mary Pattison about 1815

Thomas Watson married Mary Pattison in Skelton, Yorkshire about 1815. They had 3 children Michael, Andrew and Mary all born in Brotton, Yorkshire. Any information on Thomas's ancestors would be appreciated. Thank You

There is a record for a Mary Pattison christened 14 May 1797, Skelton by Guisborough,(a village adjoining Brotton) the daughter of Edward Pattison & Margaret.(https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:N54D-M2C).

There appears to be no records, however, of Mary's marriage to a Thomas Watson.

How are you able to be so specific that Mary's surname was "Pattison"?

Thank you, Am guessing her maiden name was Pattison as a grandson had this as a middlename (Charles Pattison Watson). I did find a marriage of a Thomas Watson & Mary Pattison married in Skelton but it did not give parents names.  Thanks again for the information
